Returns & Refunds for Ordinary American
Ordinary American crafts each piece with exceptional quality. All sales are final to uphold our standards.
No Returns or Exchanges: All purchases, including custom or sale items, are final. Please review sizing and details before ordering.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective or incorrect, email admin@ordinaryamerican.store within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement (if available) or full refund, including shipping, processed within 7-10 business days.

Chargebacks: Contact us to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may incur fees.
